I wish this virus was like fire
Be put out by rain
Our world cries
Drizzled by pain
Don’t subscribe
To this mentality of fear
But bathe your hands
Until we’re in the clear
There’s no time to blame
And no need for shame
Don’t point fingers
Unless you point to soap
While this is foreign
And seems unfair
There must be a lesson
For us to bear
My only wish
Is that when it passes
We become one
United together
By fighting for
The health of OUR world
