Instant Impact: Read If You Feel Anxious

Thanks for reading this week!

Four Ideas

One.

The longer you wait for motivation to arrive at your door step, the longer you won’t feel motivated. That’s because motivation is created by taking repetitive action—or being consistent. To become more consistent and, in turn, feel motivated, focus on small daily actions.

Small actions + consistency + patience = significant results (and motivation)

Two.

It’s not that you’re incapable, it’s that you allow your self-limiting beliefs to flood your life with self-doubt. If you focus on overcoming your self-limiting beliefs, you will give yourself a chance to break free and live the life you desire.

Three.

We lost Steve Jobs just over 11 years ago.

Even though he is gone, every new Apple product is the manifestation of his imagination. It’s all because in 1975 he and Wozniak set up shop and decided to do something different and lead with curiosity.

Change happens when you put your foot down and say, “I don’t want to keep doing it this way, I want to see what happens if I do it this way.”

Four.

If grabbing your phone is the first thing you do when you wake up, that is a sign of mental weakness.

There is no benefit in using a device within minutes of waking that tells you what you need to do, who you need to be, and where you need to go. It probably adds to a lot of your anxiety, stress, and worry.

You should take great pride in not relying on a device to distract you from living the second you wake up. I guarantee you there’s something better for you to do.

Best,
