It’s my first week back since being gone for the last four weeks. Lemme tell you, it’s been really challenging to get back into the flow of things. One step at a time, momentum is created. If you’re feeling flat or “blah,” just look for one small action you can take—make your bed, do a load of laundry, wash your face, clean your dishes. It doesn’t have to be much; it just has to be something.
