Hey there,
Happy November! I’m feeling really good about this month. I sense a lot of abundance, opportunity, and growth coming to this community.
Take a second to grasp onto that energy and carry it forward as we close out the year.
Thanks for reading this week!
Four Ideas
One.
Your comfort zone is where you feel safe—everything is familiar. And familiarity doesn’t breed growth. You get where this is heading?
There’s not much growth, if any, waiting for you in your comfort zone.
Seek experiences outside your comfort zone and watch the doors of your life swing open.

Two.
Living a life that lacks intention is like driving to a new city without directions—who knows if the turns (actions) you take will get you closer to where you want to go (the person you want to be).

Three
Calling all athletes: I look at my day in four quarters—6 am to 10 am; 10 am to 2 pm; 2 pm to 6 pm; 6 pm+.
If you have a rough start to your day—mentally, emotionally, etc—don’t take the loss so early on.
Ask yourself, What do I need to adjust to change the trajectory of my day?
Never count yourself out of a comeback. You can always show up with new energy come the 3rd or 4th quarter.
Four.
Reveal and become your most authentic self so that someone else’s presence doesn’t trick you into wanting to become them—someone who you aren’t.
