To all my U.S. readers: Happy Thanksgiving! I hope today is filled with gratitude and happiness, and that you are surrounded by people who make you feel loved.
Thanks for reading this week! I am grateful for you.
Four Ideas
One.
Practicing gratitude helps fill your life with positivity even when life dishes you a plate of unpleasantness. Use gratitude as a tool to become the architect of your mindset and design a positive outlook on life.
Two.
Start to recognize that the words you speak to others create an infinite energetic ripple effect—you’ll never know when they’ll stop impacting people, whether good or bad.
For example, if you choose to say something negative to someone, it may worsen their behavior or how they think about themself. This change of mindset or behavior could then have a negative impact on their surrounding community, and then that surrounding community’s community, and so on.
So what you once thought was a quick comment, turns into a mindlessly crafted energetic tornado.
Imagine the endless positive impact you could have by leading with kindness.
Three
Your life is a reflection of the people you surround yourself with. The opportunities that knock on your door, the support you receive, and the positivity that fills your life all stem from the people in your circle.
Put your roots down in a circle of like-minded people to help you live your ideal life.
Four.
Expressing your feelings and reflecting on your day, week, or month is a trustworthy way to live an intentional life, which you can achieve through journaling.
Instead of journaling about the things you did, journal about how the things you did made you feel. This will let you tap into a reservoir of endless personal growth.
When you focus on your feelings around certain situations or events, you’ll be able to do more of the things that added value to your life and understand how to deal with recurring triggers or challenges you may face again.
