Keynote Topic

Choose Change, Create Possibilities

Imagine a world where people and organizations are empowered to create space for their own magic to happen.

While that sounds pretty good, Jordan understands our uncomfortable reality. Most of us are acting like the victim of change instead of becoming the force of it. We’re reacting to and managing the change around us, trying to keep up with our fast-paced world. As a result, we’re losing our competitive edge and failing due to a lack of growth.

But what if we could change that?

What if we became the ones who made the changes, not the ones who were forced to change?

Jordan gives audiences an actionable and inspiring framework to choose change instead of managing it and facing paralyzing anxiety, confusion, and overwhelm. Attendees will learn the tools they need to embark on a change journey that transcends their most profound challenges and illuminates a path toward lucrative possibilities, increased productivity, and accelerated growth.

As a result of this experience, attendees will:

  • Move from feeling like the victim of change to becoming the force of it
  • Learn the tools to unlock personal and profitable growth
  • Go from fear to belief and define the future they want to create
  • Reveal opportunities to out-pace their competitors
  • Gain the courage to believe in themselves and choose change
  • Feel inspired, empowered, and supported to start their change journey

Audio & Stage Requirements

Computer, Projectors, and Displays:

  • Jordan will have a 2020 MacBook Pro with up to two HDMI outputs (Jordan travels with a USB-C to HDMI adapter).
  • Jordan’s presentation is in Keynote software using a 16:9 display ratio at 3840 by 2160.
  • Please note, the Keynote cannot be converted to PowerPoint. The fonts and animation will not convert properly.
  • Production can use Jordan’s MacBook Pro or their own Mac computer.
  • Jordan projects 40-70 slides. Ideally, the screens are on either side (both sides) of the stage or playback can be projected for the entire audience to see.
  • The client must provide a DSAN Perfect Cue system (or equivalent) for Jordan’s direct slide control, which connects to his laptop via a USB or USB-C port.

Microphone and Audio:

  • Jordan requires a wireless lavalier or “countryman” microphone connected to a professional audio system.
  • If production uses Jordan’s computer, please run sound through an AUX cable, not HDMI. Jordan may control the volume via his wireless clicker, which is only possible if the sound runs from his computer using an AUX cable.
  • Speakers/audio should be high-quality so that the entire audience can hear video clips.

Confidence Monitor:

  • Jordan strongly prefers at least one confidence monitor, if possible, along with a countdown timer.
  • If a confidence monitor is not possible, please let Jordan’s team know.

Stage:

  • Jordan prefers no podium on stage. If one must be present, it must be pushed back or off to the side so he may walk in front of it unencumbered.

Lighting:

  • Stage lights are encouraged. The room should be dark so that the projected Keynote is vivid on the screen(s).
  • Please dim the lights when Jordan plays any videos.

Beverage:

  • Please have two (2) bottles of water available to Jordan while on stage and one (1) bottle of water for any post-event activities such as a book signing.

Audio and Video System Testing:

  • Jordan requires an AV check at least 30 minutes before taking the stage. Ideally, the AV check is the day before.

No Internet Access:

  • Jordan’s entire presentation is self-contained and does NOT require Internet access.
