I'm not sure if you're also picking up on the energy this week, but things feel intense and powerful. We spent some time in Hawaii last week, and both my wife and I came home with a cold. That was the start of the energy feeling powerful.

Last night, I had one of the worst nights of sleep of my life. I laid in bed from 9 pm to 11 pm, wide awake, and then from 11 pm on, I could only sleep for 30 minutes at a time. My body was restless, and my mind was racing.

Are you picking up on this too? If so, you're not alone. Listen to what your body needs in those moments even if it sounds out of the ordinary. For example, last night I had the urge to wake up at midnight and spend 30 minutes writing at my bedside. I never do that, but my intuition was calling me.

If you're feeling any of this, I'd love to hear what you're experiencing! Just reply to this email 🙂

Thank you for reading this week!

One Thing to Help You Grow

Have faith in the universe.

We live in a linear reality but not a linear universe.

While the human mind makes you believe everything must happen in a linear sequence (one step after another), the universe does not work like that, and the universe is in control, not your mind.

What would happen if you believed your life could look completely different in six months or less?

There's a powerful universe waiting for you to have faith in it so it can step in a make things happen faster and easier for you.

__________

One Thing to Help You Smile

You belong here.

There is no one else like you in the world. Without you, the world is not the same.

Your uniqueness contributes to everything around you, making our world exactly what it's meant to be.

The only other way I can say this is: You belong here.

Look at yourself in the mirror, smile, and recognize your beauty.

Keep radiating, my friend. ❤️

__________

One Thing to Help You Believe

Trust the magic.

The other day, I was at the gym and was thinking about everything I was working on. I was getting in my head and starting to worry about little things.

When I was done stretching, I looked up, and a guy was wearing a shirt that said, "trust the universe" and "divine timing."

The message was loud and clear.

Later that day, I asked for two other signs from the universe—a butterfly and a sunflower.

While I was outside grounding to start my day, a butterfly flew directly over my head. Then, while we were sitting at breakfast, I looked left and saw a bag with sunflowers on it.

The universe listens more than you know.

Trust the magic.
