I am building a community and support group of like-minded people where we can all share advice, struggles, inspiration, etc. to support each other. If you’re tired of feeling alone on your journey, text “FOUNDER” to (707) 289-7047 to become a founding member of the community.
Thanks for reading this week!
Four Ideas
One.
If you’re struggling, ask for help. No one knows you need it unless you speak up.
Two.
Your decisions are compounding assets for where you end up in the future. Of course, you can’t predict the future, but you can do your best at designing one that resonates by aligning your choices with your purpose and values.
Inviting intentionality into your decision-making process may free you from choices that divert you from where you belong.
Three.
When you give yourself approval to be your authentic self, you don’t need it from anyone else.
Four.
While it’s crucial to set goals to give you something to go after, it’s even more crucial to focus on the habits that enable you to get there. However, it’s not just the habits you build that get you closer to your goals but the bad habits you break that interfere with the work, too. Your goals are nothing more than words without a system that supports them.
