We all know that feeling. You’re just going through the motions, day after day, and it doesn’t even feel like you’re living; you’re just existing. But life doesn’t have to feel like you’re sleepwalking.
You have the power right now to put an end to living on autopilot by being intentional with your choices, actions, and behaviors. The intention and attention you put into your life create an energetic charge that gives you control of your reality.
Three.
Change is a calling you can’t hear; it’s a calling you can only feel.
Most often, we feel drawn to change because of something we feel—frustration, fear, excitement, hope, etc—not because of something we hear. When you embrace your emotions and let yourself feel them, you expand your life experience and move toward a better reality.
Tune into your emotions and look at them as signs instead of something to be ashamed of—they’re here to guide you.
Four.
When you stop seeking other people’s approval, you begin to live for yourself.
