It's officially cancer season (hi, it's me!!), and I'm turning THIRTY in about two weeks!! I'm really excited to reflect on the last decade and dream about the next 10 years of my life.

In my eyes, your 20s are for self-discovery, experimentation, and exploring your own life; your 30s are for living a life true to what you discovered in your 20s.

I could be wrong, but I honestly won't know until I'm 40, soooo I'll get back to you on that in 2034??? Maybe not, but honestly, maybe I will lol (I probably will).

Thank you for reading this week!

One Thing to Help You Think

What would happen if you gave yourself permission to quit something you didn't enjoy and let go of the guilt?

__________

One Thing to Help You Grow

The person you become is a result of the work you do before you're ready.

Don’t get caught up thinking you have to have everything figured out before you start.

You don’t, and you won’t.

There’s no such thing as being “ready” before you start. The whole point of starting is so you can start to figure it out, grow, and get better.

This is your breakthrough moment.

__________

One Thing to Help You Expand

You have so many stories to live.

You didn't come here to be or do one thing. You came here to be all of you.

We live in this world that makes you think you have to choose one thing, one job, one passion, one path. But that's just noise pulling you away from bringing your fullness to the world.

What we need is for you to explore every edge of your soul and every ounce of your interest. Because when you do that, you don't just experience more of life, but you discover more of you.

You discover your gifts. You discover your light. You discover your love.

You discover your joy. You discover your enthusiasm. You discover your contribution.

And so I ask you, what's the cost of not trying?

What's the cost of not exploring your own life?

What's the cost of leaving your stories unwritten?

The cost is too much because it will cost you who you came here to be. It will cost you the experiences you're meant to have. It will cost you the life that you can create for yourself.

My hope is that when you reach the end of your life, you feel like you were one of one and see a life that was well lived and filled with every part of you.

This is not a warning sign but a reminder of the possibilities that await your courage to make this life all you want.

It's an invitation to write your stories, write your chapters, and write your life.

It's an invitation to stop waiting to live ❤️
