Four Ideas


The quality of your life is determined by the quality of the people who surround you.


You’re not a mess, you’re just human.

The human experience can feel like turbulence. Just when you think everything is going well, you’re blindsided by something that shakes you up. This is especially true with our emotions. They can swing left, right, up, and down when we least expect it. But it’s crucial to remember that you are not your emotions, you feel your emotions.

So while at times you may think your life is a total mess, you’re just feeling the full spectrum of the human experience. There’s nothing wrong with that. Embracing your emotions and all of the human experience is not something to be afraid of because it allows you to show up as the fullest version of yourself.

This is living.


The most influential decision I made is to follow what feels good in my heart.


Your life is a reflection of your habits, not your goals.

The goals you set define what you want to do, and your habits define how you’re going to do it or how you plan to act. When you set goals without habits that support them, your goals are nothing more than words on a piece of paper. In other words, your habits are what make your goals possible and define your life.

The more time you overlook building good habits and breaking bad ones, especially those intertwined with achieving your goals, the longer it will take to achieve what you desire most.
