Haven’t got a copy of my new book? Well, if you’re on the fence, you can download chapter 1 for free.
Thanks for reading this week! Let’s go.
If you need help, ask for it. People can’t read your mind.
Sometimes we don’t choose we love because we worry of other people’s judgement. But you deserve better than that. Stop stressing about what others think. Your happiness is more important.
The secret to growth: repetition, not perfection.
Life is tough without a support system—it can feel like an uphill battle.
The older I get, the more I realize how important it is to build your own life team. This means connecting with people who mutually uplift, encourage, motivate, listen, and fight for each other.
My relationship with my fiancé is a perfect example. We’ve built our entire relationship from the day we started dating on the mentality of being teammates. This intention has let us create a powerful relationship that breeds the support we both need to live out our individual truths.
This mentality applies to friend groups, too. It’s crucial to surround yourself with a circle of friends that supports each other and one you can lean into when you need it most.
As you connect with new people in life, embody the teammate mentality. Search for people who are ready to support each other mutually. Show up for them just as you want them to show up for you.
Anything can be done with a team, but not everything can be done alone.
This is the secret to winning the fight.
