Four Ideas
One.
Don’t confuse your plan for being better than the universe’s plan.

Change is a commitment to making a series of conscious, intentional choices. When you commit to intention and choose change, you create space for your own magic to happen.

“Every new chapter of your life requires a new version of yourself.”
I can’t remember where I heard this quote, but it has been stuck in my head for weeks. One part of change people overlook is that your new life will cost you your old one. In other words, to fully step into your new identity, you need to let go of your past one.
This isn’t something to be afraid of because it’s an opportunity to fully align yourself with the highest version of yourself.
Four.
Change doesn’t start with taking action.
Change starts with awareness and presence. If you aren’t aware of what is, you won’t know what could be.
Instead of jumping into taking action, create space to become aware of your current situation and present in your journey.
When you embrace awareness and presence as prerequisites, you help your change journey unfold itself and feel more fluid.
