I’m back online after a five-day birthday vacation 🙂 It feels good to be back and in the swing of things.
I just want to remind you that there’s a real person behind these emails. If you ever have any questions or need to chat, reply to this email or text me at (707) 289-7047.
Thank you for reading this week!
Four Ideas
One.
Action creates motivation, not the other way around.
Two.
People apologize too often for things that don’t deserve an apology.
If you need to change an appointment, don’t say you’re sorry. Thank them for being flexible.
When we apologize too much, we make “I’m sorry” less meaningful for when we owe someone a true apology.
Don’t say sorry for things that don’t need it.
Three.
7 things to create inner peace:

1. Surrender to the flow of the universe
2. Forgive others and yourself
3. Trust the direction you’re being called
4. Release defensiveness
5. Let go of your past
6. Meditate daily
7. Focus on positive self-talk
Four.
At age 23, Oprah was fired from her first reporting job.
At age 24, Stephen King was working as a janitor and living in a trailer.
At age 27, Vincent Van Gogh failed as a missionary and decided to go to art school.
At age 28, J.K. Rowling was a suicidal single parent living on welfare.
At age 30, Harrison Ford was a carpenter.
Don’t give up on a dream just because it’s not your reality yet. Your circumstances can change at any moment.
Believe in possibility.
