Four Ideas
One.
Self-exploration is the foundation of your life. Without learning about all edges of your character, it’s difficult to understand what’s best for your unique self. Invest time in learning more about yourself so you can spend more time living a life that is aligned with your soul’s true essence.
Two.
You don’t have to do personal growth work, you get to do it. Improving one’s self should not be seen as a chore but an opportunity for expansion and living life to the fullest.
Three.
It’s easier to give up than to keep going, but it’s more rewarding to keep going than to give up. Which battle is worth enduring: regret or persistence?

Four.
Living without core values is to live with no understanding of what a successful and meaningful life is to you. Without this understanding, you initiate a lack of clarity because you have no system that motivates you to direct your energy in a specific, intentional manner.
Choosing to not identify your core values is choosing to make unintentional decisions that likely take you further away from the life you desire most.
