Have you considered the clarity and positive shifts meditation can bring into your life?
I began my meditation journey in 2016 when I was writing my first book. It infused my life and the creative process with much-needed direction. But this year I’m looking to expand my meditation practice and challenge myself in new areas. One being money blocks and manifestation.
My fiancé has no idea I’m putting this in my newsletter, and she will most definitely be on the verge of tears when she reads it—I’m incredibly proud of her. She’s holding a 7-day money manifestation meditation challenge (#tonguetwister) that starts on Jan. 18th. It’s only $15, so for me it was a no brainer. And for the record, I don’t get some sort of fiancé discount. Her work is worth every penny.
I invite you to join me in this challenge so we both can develop a new, healthy relationship with money in 2022.
Great accomplishments don’t happen by waiting for when you’re ready—they happen by trying even if you have no idea what you’re doing in the beginning.
Learning more about yourself and finding your purpose is not just about finding out who you are, but also who you are not. When you identify who you are not, you’re able to make decisions and take actions that align with your most authentic self.
Sometimes you’re incapable not because of your abilities but by the pressure you put on yourself to meet unrealistic expectations.
Let go of the pressure to release your inner power.
Your purpose is not what you do but why you do what you do.
My purpose is not writing, it’s healing people through my creativity.
Your why—the reason you wake up in the morning—becomes the magnetic field that your life’s compass’ needle relies on for a sense of direction.
