Four Ideas
One.
If youâre in a season of rest right now, thatâs ok. While the first of the year can be motivation for some, itâs okay if your ânew yearâ isnât until February or March. Honor the season youâre in and give yourself permission to do whatâs best for you in that season. Thatâs what matters.
Two.
I had a frustrating first half of my day yesterday. I could have easily let that frustration steal the rest of my day, but I didnât want to give up my power like that. So I deliberately looked for the lesson in why I was feeling frustrated and identified what I was being called to shift to win the second part of my day.
Within a few hours, I knew exactly what I needed to change. I made the change and had an incredibly productive and positive back half of the day.
As I was going to bed, I was proud of myself for how quickly I turned my day around, when I could have easily just let it become a wash. And then it dawned on meâŠ
The pace at which you grow is determined by the time in between an event, situation, or experience and uncovering the lesson itâs teaching you. I call this the growth gap. The quicker you close the gap, the quicker you grow.
Growth is that simple.

Donât underestimate the power of a single positive thought. There is an infinite possibility of how it can change the way you feelâtoday, tomorrow, and forever.

If you look closely in the mirror, youâll see something thatâs truly a miracle. Youâll see something so beautiful that only one of it exists in the entire universe. Youâll see something that was put here because it belongs and makes the world a better place simply by existing. Youâll see something that radiates beyond measure.
