Be patient, growth takes time.
Two.
The biggest hack to achieving your dreams is: “yet.”
There’s a difference between “I haven’t achieved my dreams” and “I haven’t achieved my dreams yet.”
“Yet” signals that there’s a possibility of something happening.
When you say, “I haven’t achieved my dreams yet,” you have faith that, although you haven’t achieved them yet, the possibility still exists. But when you say, “I haven’t achieved my dreams (period, end of sentence)”, you lose faith and give up.
Dreams only die when you stop trying.
Don’t underestimate the power of “yet.”
Three.
Everything you want is on the other side of “this is hard.”
If it was easy, you wouldn’t grow. You would remain the same.
The sooner you accept that growth is uncomfortable, the sooner you’ll become the person you want to be.
Then you’ll realize that the pain of growth is far less than the pain of remaining the same.
You’ll never ignore hard things—you’ll chase them.
Four.
If you haven’t tried, don’t say it’s not possible.
If you try long enough, everything is possible.
Your belief system makes you think you’re not capable.
Sustained effort makes everyone capable.
Change your beliefs, change your life.
Something to Make You Smile😂
My grandma had a stroke 15 years ago that nearly took her life. Over the last 15 years, she’s listened to one book religiously written by a woman who had the same type of stroke. Last Christmas, I reached out to the author to see if I could get a signed copy of her book. I surprised my grandma with the gift during a visit, and her reaction in the video linked below was incredibly heartwarming. Enjoy!
