For the past seven months, I’ve been preparing a 60-minute keynote. That’s roughly 7,500 words memorized. It’s been a challenging but exciting journey, and I’ve completely fallen in love with the craft.
Tonight, I perform that keynote, which marks an inflection point in my life and career. This is a dream and checks off bucket list items #22 (Give a keynote) and #23 (Become a public speaker).
If there’s something you want to go after, big or small, don’t wait, because by then it might be too late. Take action. Commit. You’ll never regret doing something you love.

Four Ideas
One.
Consistency creates a greater potential for growth and change.
This doesn’t mean 100% every day; consistency can be 10%, 40%, 5%, 90%, 60%.
The key is to show up and give your best for each given day. Your best may look different from day to day, and that’s just fine.
Two.
Personal change and self-growth is business growth.
The person you show up as in your personal life is the same person you bring into your professional life.
Three.
You may have a gift you don’t about simply because you haven’t tried.
Four.
To create momentum, start with one small step.
Wake up five minutes earlier, read three pages per day, journal about one thing you’re grateful for, workout for 10 minutes, meditate for three minutes, create a five minute morning routine.
It only takes one step to spark inertia within your own life. From there, it will continue to compound into never-ending momentum.
What step are you going to take today?
