I wanted to take a quick moment to just say thank you. I am so grateful for your support and you reading this newsletter. My purpose is to heal people through my creativity, and you help me fulfill that.
And for those who have purchased my book, You Deserve This Sh!t, an extra thank you for supporting my book. On Monday, I found out that it sold more copies in a 3-day period over the first weekend of February than in all of January, breaking January’s total count of 1,112 copies.
If you have read my book, a review on Amazon and Goodreads would be greatly appreciated. Your voice and feedback matter to me!
Thanks for reading this week!
Four Ideas
One.
Judgment is the keeper of doing what you love and becoming the person you crave most. Most of the time, though, it’s not how you judge yourself but how you think others judge you.
Your assumptions about their judgments begin to mold your beliefs about yourself even though those are likely false and self-fabricated judgments you’ve given an environment to thrive in.
Two.
Every choice you make is a vote toward the reality you wish to create for yourself. Focus on the intentionality of your choices to design the life you crave most.
Three.
People want to be perfect because mistakes are attacks on their egos. But there are lessons within mistakes that will help you rise up. Start to see imperfection as an opportunity to become better not a failure that will take you of course.
Four.
Personal development and healing are essential because, although you can’t control the future, the work you put in creates a positive outlook for it—helping you feel excited about the unknown, something that usually can be nerve-racking.
