Instant Impact: It’s All Coming to an End…

This newsletter was originally sent on August 26, 2021.

Hey there,

Sadly, it’s all coming to an end.

I’m talking about summer, don’t worry. We have less than one month until fall, which means it’s time to wrap up those summer reads and dive into something new.

I got a recommendation for you: My book, You Deserve This Sh!t.

Purchase my book or download chapter 1 for free.

Piggybacking off all of that, this week’s edition included four ideas from my book. Let’s get into it.

Four Ideas

One.

Awareness is the ability to recognize what’s happening internally and externally. It will allow you to understand your character, feelings, and what inspires you. When you have that awareness, you’ll discover more about yourself and your identity will come to the surface.

If you want to discover yourself or re-invent who you are, you need to become wildly aware. You’ll begin to realize and accept the things that move you physically, emotionally, and mentally, which will lead you to your most authentic self.

Nothing can change without awareness.

Two.

Your comfort zones may keep you safe, but they don’t let you become the best version of yourself, unless you choose to leave it.

To create space for opportunity and growth, we must exit our safe zones and challenge ourselves to stand for uniqueness. Everything in life begins to flourish outside our comfort zones. That’s where the magic happens.

Three

Intentional living is putting purpose behind your choices and actions. When you live intentionally, you align with your core values, beliefs, and goals.

In other words, when you live intentionally, your choices and actions become selective. When your choices and actions are selective, you ensure they always support your journey of self-discovery and becoming the best version of yourself.

Four.

A lot of people say failure can propel you but never tell you how to use it to your advantage. I’ve come up with a simple process to help you do that: growth hacking failure.

Use these 3 steps to growth hack your failure:

1. Switch the lens you see failure through

2. Don’t take failure personally

3. Uncover your lesson and adjust
