I just wanted to do a little mid-summer check-in. How are you doing? Is there anything you’re struggling with that you need support on? Something you need to vent about? Did you have a major win this summer?
I’m here for you 🙂
Thank you for reading this week!
Four Ideas
One.
My biggest fear in life is regretting the last words I said to someone I loved.
I’ve experienced a handful of unexpected loss. I was also in a traumatic car accident that almost took my life. These experiences taught me how fragile life is and changed how I live.
I love a little bit harder, end every conversation with I love you, and never go to bed mad at someone I love.
Sending you love ❤️
Two.
“You can’t hate yourself into change.”
Change works from a high vibrational place, not a low one. Using negative self-talk to punish yourself for who you currently are does not result in a successful change effort.
If you want to change your life, start with self-love. That will align you with the energy of the universe—purity.
Three.
Just because something has worked once doesn’t mean it’s the best way to always do it. Sometimes the best way to do something is the way you’ve never done it before.
Be curious. Try everything. Experiment.
Treat life like a game—you’re here to have fun.
Four.
Most people misunderstand the process of change. They think the hardest part of changing is taking action, but that’s not the case.
The hardest part of change is the part that no one talks about: grief.
When you make a change and step into a new version of yourself, you’re essentially “killing” your old self that’s become your comfort zone.
While most people give up during this season because it’s uncomfortable, know that grief and sadness are the last thread of making a change.
Keep going because your new reality is right around the corner.
