Yesterday, I made a conscious effort to focus on gratitude and take moments throughout the day to remind myself what I am thankful for in my life. It completely shifted my day, and I look forward to doing it again today. I challenge you to do the same.

It doesn’t matter if you have everything in life, if you’re not grateful for it, it’s worth nothing.

Build yourself up so you can become the person other people see in you. Your self-growth starts on the inside.

You’re not only the average of the five people you spend the most time with, but you’re also the average of the thoughts you fill your mind with.
