I don’t know if I’ve ever told you this, but after my car accident 10 years ago, I committed to living my life fueled by purpose.
Through a series of repeatable and easy-to-implement shifts, I went from living on autopilot into a positive and fulfilling state of being.
I’ve turned that process into a 30-day plan to help you find your purpose in 2023.

Thank you for reading this week!
Four Ideas
One.
Staying stuck in neutral and living your life on autopilot is the silent and slow killer. It’s time to break that pattern and intentionally initiate change in your life to avoid being blindsided by a future you don’t want to experience.
Take this as your sign to stand up for yourself and say, “From now one, I’m taking control of my life and living for myself.”
Two.
People that try, fail, and try again are destined for more success that those who never try to avoid failing.
Three.
The more ownership and responsibility we take in our lives, the more likely we are to design a life that we’re excited to wake up for. It’s time to have a sense of agency instead of just going through the motions hoping one day we’ll feel fulfilled.
There’s a light at the end of the tunnel, and intention is the road to it.
Four.
We need to have more fun. We take life way too seriously. We need to get back to doing things purely for joy.
What would you need to do to make your younger self proud of who you’ve become?
