I’ve been having an off week. Anxious, overwhelmed, and burnout, all while trying to keep the boat afloat. These weeks are hard for me as someone who usually has things in order, but it’s just part of life.
The best you can do during those situations is surrender and let the emotions run their course. It’s not your fault, so don’t place the blame on yourself. (To all my Swifties: Hi, it’s me, you’re not the problem!!)
If you’ve been feeling like this, reach out and let me know how I can support you! We’re a community for a reason.
Thank you for reading this week!
Four Ideas
One.
In a world that’s moving faster than ever before, we need to stop reacting to change and initiate it.
Do you want to feel the force of the current or be the current?
Two.
People spend too much time building good habits and not enough time breaking bad habits.
Improving your life is a combination of both.
Three.
When you accept discomfort as a positive, you’re able to turn uncertainty into opportunity.
Four.
Change starts with awareness, not action.
Before you take action, you must know what to act on. We need to know where we are now (point A) and where we want to go (point B) to make changes that will help us grow and transform.
You can’t get from point A to point B if you don’t know point A.
