3 pillars of self-discovery

3 pillars of
self-discovery

Through my own journey of self-discovery and pursuit of becoming the best version of myself, I’ve developed a framework—the three pillars of self-discovery—to help you on your journey.

With the three pillars of self-discovery, you can start to get unstuck, find your path, and become the best version of yourself. Learn what these pillars can do for your life and incorporate the lessons that resonate with you most, they may just be your savior.

Awareness

Understand your character, feelings, and what inspires you. Begin to realize and accept the things that move you physically, emotionally, and mentally. Nothing can change without awareness.

Comfort Zones

To create space for opportunity, we must exit our safe zones and challenge ourselves to stand for uniqueness. Everything in life begins to flourish outside our comfort zones. That’s where the magic happens.

Intentional Living

Make conscious efforts to live aligned with your truest values and beliefs. Your decisions define you and choosing a life that matters is completely in your hands.

Who Am I?

Who Am I?

I am a writer, author, conscious outdoorsman, and world traveler who was bit hard by the travel bug after a 3-month solo backpacking trip around Europe that put me on a fast track to discovering myself. Since that journey of self-actualization, I’ve committed myself to helping others experience the world and discover themselves.

To answer that calling, I spend time creating high-quality resources that focus on how to travel the world, self-discovery, and van life. Think of me as someone running an experiment on how to live a more meaningful life. I’m here to support your journey.
